Four Week Course  •  Starts Feb 26th  •  7 – 8am Mondays . •  $80 per person


This course is designed for pregnant students who have had a regular yoga practice pre-pregnancy (for at least 6+ months) and wish to continue their classes. Classes are suitable for anyone who is 12 +weeks pregnant.

Practicing yoga while pregnant can improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth and beyond. It can also decrease nausea, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches and shortness of breath, and decrease the risk of preterm labour.

You will learn how and why to modify or skip certain yoga poses according to your body and your current pregnancy experience. No two pregnant students are exactly alike (just as no two non-pregnant students are exactly alike).

This not only means that a particular modification or pose variation might feel wonderful for one student and not so wonderful for another.  This is a chance to really discover and connect with your own body.

Pregnancy is not the time to learn challenging asana (postures), but this course will enable you to feel strong, empowered to be able to safely continue your regular yoga practice at the studio.

About your teacher:
Gabriella has completed her 200hr teacher training in 2016and has been facilitating yoga classes ever since. Gabi has been lucky enough to continue her training alongside Vincent Bolletta; learning about Yoga Therapy and has completed Ana Davis Bliss Baby Pre- and Postnatal, Mums and Bubs Yoga course. At the moment, she is also experiencing the joys of carrying child.

Gabi believes that looking after your physical and mental
body and combined with a regular meditation practice will give you a new perspective on how to live a healthy and happy life.
