Victoria Watts
With YT about to close its doors for good in 2015, and having managed a large studio in the city for two years. It was time for Victoria to delve deeper into owner, operator bliss. Finding Yoga in 2001 in the mountains of Vail, CO Victoria returned home to NZ in 2006 where she left her professional life in recruitment; to follow the health and wellbeing path. "Simply put I LOVE sharing my knowledge and love for Yoga with everyone. I fully believe I am following my DHARMA. Which is making people feel AMAZING inside and out!"
Jess Sutcliffe
Yoga couldn't have come at a better time for Jess. After a number of physical setbacks in dance and other cardio related injuries Jess began her Yoga journey in 2007. It was love at first practice!! Deciding to investigate her love affair further with this ancient practice, Jess completed her 200hrs with Power Living Australia in 2009. Jess loves to guide her students through challenging asana in a safe but fun environment!
Shyam Mathaba
Shyam is trained in Ashtanga vinyasa , and later completed training in Power Yoga, Kundalini and Restorative Yoga. Using her Ashtanga roots, Shyam teaches regular Vinyasa Flow of all levels. Classes explore; standing poses, arm balances, inversions, core work, all offered in an accessible and playful way intertwined with occasional tales from Africa and India. . Shyam has been practising yoga for more than 13 years and teaching since 2005.
Harriet Todd
Having practiced yoga since 2013, it has become a non negotiable part of life for Harriet. Completing the 200hr Power Vinyasa TT with Power Living and then following up with 65hr Yin and Myofacial release training in late 2017 with Jo Phee, Harriet has found her passion in the beautifully considered movements of Slow Flow along with the deep healing benefits of Yin yoga. Yin Yoga gives our mind and body the chance to rid old habits, old pains and emotions. It brings us into the present moment and through practice will allow you to stay calm and considered through whatever life brings.”
Dana Stewart
Dana was introduced to yoga in 1992 during a period in her life of great unfolding.Dana gives focus in her classes to the physical strength which can be gained from a powerful practice. Strong body; strong mind. She combines this physical emphasis with a deep understanding of the yogic concept of samskara (impressions of the mind), which arise during our journey so that one can continue with determination and courage when wanting to attempt more advanced postures.
Kellie-Michelle Cheung
Kellie is a classically trained yoga teacher, with a background in dance and performing arts. Her yoga practice began in 2001 and she been teaching yoga since 2015, she completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training with Ashram Yoga, currently completing 500 hours and studied Prana Vinyasa with Shiva Rea. Kellie leads a mindful class with an emphasis on creating a functional and intuitive practice. With a deep understanding of our increasing need to find balance and stillness in the busy modern life; Kellie teaches to guide others towards a deeper level of connection, using movement, mindfulness, breath and awareness.
Shawn Elise
Shawn-Elise's classes are always delivered with a big smile and a whole lot of heart! Shawn Elise Tierney completed her 200-hr training in Vinyasa Yoga with the Yoga Garden (RYS) in 2016. She created Yoga Lab, a collective of newly certified teachers, in the spring of 2016, teaching budget-friendly, beginner-friendly classes. She filled in for Post Spin Yoga classes at a local gym while teaching at-home small group classes. She teaches an alignment-focused vinyasa-flow class for beginner to intermediate levels. In addition to teaching yoga, Shawn Elise has also worked in Operations & Production for several yoga festivals, including Wanderlust US Summer Tour. This has given her the opportunity to also take classes with several world-class yoga teachers such as Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman, Seane Corn, and Shiva Rea.

Gabi Balasko

Gabi believes that everyone should have something just for them, whether it's running, yoga, gardening, singing.. a sacred space. Something that makes you feel the way yoga makes her feel. Alive, calm and connected. This is what motivates her every day to create space and give the chance for people to observe, breath and reflect. Sometimes it is getting active, sometimes it is letting go. Gabi has been teaching since 2016, mainly working with athletes helping them to train proper breathing patterns, improve flexibility and regain mental focus through meditation.
